How to order and pay.
Use the online shop to place your order. Just fill in your details on the form at checkout. The shop uses a secure connection to send your order to us. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to PartyToppers and send them together with your order, name and delivery address to us here at PartyToppers. Please allow 3-4 working days for cheque clearance. Goods will then be dispatched within 5 working days of the cheque clearance.
Delivery charges
Delivery is £3.60 for orders of less than £45 within the UK . For orders of £45 and over then Free Delivery will apply within the UK .
Please note that delivery to the Channel Islands is considered to be an overseas destination, so please contact us for a special delivery cost
Delivery by Royal Mail will be made within 5 days of receiving your order (subject to any extra ordinary events outside of the control of PartyToppers)
Delivery outside the UK
We would be pleased to quote you for delivery outside of the UK . Please email us with details of what you would like to order so we can calculate the shipping cost. We can then guide you with regard to selecting the correct shipping payment amount once you have selected your goods. Delivery of goods overseas normally takes up to 28 days although special delivery options exist. Please email for details.
Prices
We make every effort to maintain prices throughout the year, although it may be necessary to change prices either up or down. The prices in our online shop are current and include VAT at the current rate.
Changes to Specifications
PartyToppers reserves the right to make changes at any time and without notice to the materials, dimensions, colours and design of its products and such changes shall not affect the validity of any contract with the buyer provided that such changes or modifications to not adversely affect in any material way the performance of the products or the quality thereof. Where there has been a change PartyToppers will endeavour to supply a product that is as similar to the product ordered as is reasonable practicable. The buyer has the option to accept or decline any replacement with a full refund given if any replacement is deemed unacceptable.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased then please return them within 10 days and we will refund you in full. The Purchaser will have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
If goods have not been delivered within 30 days of order then the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the Contract and to request a full refund of the entire purchase price provided the goods if then delivered are returned to PartyToppers unused and in their original packaging.
It may take up to 10 days for any credit to be made to your account.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When online payments are made, PartyToppers uses a recognized online credit payment company, WorldPay (a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland). Paying by this method will result in you automatically redirected to their secure payment site protected by SSL security. PartyToppers accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for errors or omissions on the part of the credit payment company which result in the disclosure of confidential information, loss, expense or damage howsoever arising to the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the terms and conditions of the credit payment company before using the service.
Force Majeure
PartyToppers shall not be responsible for delay or failure to deliver goods if such failures arise due to Force Majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lock outs, or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non availability to PartyToppers of manufactured stock, parts or materials, delay or failure of delivery of the products to PartyToppers by manufacturers, suppliers or other persons, government action, legislation or regulation of any kind, act of God or any circumstances reasonably out of our control.
