What's the Time Mr.Wolf?
Ask someone (usually the birthday child) to be Mr Wolf. The child then walks around the room and the rest of the children follow. They all ask 'What's the time, Mr Wolf?' repeatedly. The wolf calls out various times. Nothing happens until the wolf calls out 'Lunchtime' and then the children have to run home and safety. Make something like a wall home, where not too much can get broken. If the wolf manages to catch on of the children before they reach home, they become the new wolf.
Ladders

Put the children into two teams. The teams sit opposite each other with their legs extended and feet touching. They should be in two lines. Give each pair of children a number. All you have to do is call out any number at random. On hearing their number the pair must stand up and run down the leg ladder, back up the outside and back down the leg ladder to their places. The first one back to their place wins their team a point.
Pass the Balloon
Put the children into two teams and give each team a balloon. They must pass the balloon down the line by putting the balloon between their legs. The no-touch rule applies. Once the balloon reaches the end of the line, it then has to be passed back up the line under the chin. Again the no-touch rule applies. The first team to return the balloon to the front of the line is the winner.
