Q. Is there FREE DELIVERY for larger orders?
A. Yes, all orders of £20 or over qualify for FREE DELIVERY within the UK.
Q. Is VAT included in the price?
A. Yes, all prices include UK VAT at 17.5%
Q. How much does it cost to deliver my order?
A. The charge is £3.95 for the UK. Since most people are ordering for a party within a few weeks we have found that it is uneconomic to deliver overseas to a short timescale. Please ask for a quotation for overseas orders.
Q. Are your prices up to date?
A. Yes. All prices are constantly maintained and are always current.
Q. Do you use a secure payment system?
A. Yes, we use WorldPay (a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland ) and one of the largest payment providers in the world. They use SSL encryption technology so that your card details are afforded the maximum level of protection.
Q. Do we have to order on line?
A. No. We are pleased to accept orders by post. Simply write to us enclosing details of what you require, remembering to add your name, email address if you have one, contact telephone number and delivery address as well as the date of your child's party to Partytoppers, 7 Mellor Way, New Waltham, N.E. Lincs., DN36 4GX. Don't forget to add £3.95 for postage and packing if your order is under £20.00. We will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque has cleared through the banking system.
Q. Can we order via email?
A. Yes. We welcome orders by email. You can use the feedback form by clicking on the Contacts Tab at the top of the screen to send your order details, contact name, telephone number and delivery address to us. Please then post your cheque, remembering to add £3.95 for postage and packing if the order value is under £10.00, to Partytoppers, 7 Mellor Way, New Waltham, N.E. Lincs., DN36 4GX . We will dispatch your order as soon as the cheque has cleared through the banking system.
Q. If we order by post, will we receive a confirmation that our order has been received and is being processed?
A. Yes. We will acknowledge receipt of your letter or email either by phone or return email.

Q. How often do you review your product ranges.
A. We regularly review our ranges to make sure that we are offering the best selection and value to our customers.
Q. Why do you sell certain products in singles rather than packs.
A. Most plates and cups come in packs of 8 or 10. For a party of 12 kids this would mean having to buy 2 packs of plates and 2 packs of cups . We aim to offer the best value and service and in many cases this means offering singles rather than full packs and has been particularly popular with our customers.
Q. What happens if I want to place an order for delivery outside the UK.
A. We can obtain competitive overseas courier charges. We will need to quote you separately for carriage. Please email us with your contact details and order requirements so we can call you to discuss the best way to process your order.
